Most Audiosvora merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printful.

Because products are produced individually, slight variations in color, placement, or appearance may occur compared with images displayed on screen.

Production normally takes several business days before an order is shipped. Delivery times shown during checkout are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

4. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.
